SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are hand poured and made to order. Shipping costs are based on weight and automatically calculated during checkout. Orders are shipped within 4 business days of purchase using USPS Priority or First Class Mail Service. Orders are individually packaged with care and should arrive within 3-5 business days of shipping. Clients will receive a notification when an order is shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take a lot of pride in hand-pouring each and every one of our candles in store, every day. Our candles are made using natural soy wax, pure fragrance oils, soy/coconut blend, and natural oils, resulting in a candle that is cleaning-burning, true-to-scent, and long-lasting. Although it's hard to imagine you'd want to return a product, we understand that sometimes things just don't turn out the way we expect.

If your candle (or other scented product) doesn't burn exactly the way you think a candle should perform, please contact us at info@indigocreationsonline.com so we can make it right!

Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the event the product(s) is damaged during shipping, we will ship replacement product(s) within 4 business days after receiving photographic proof of the damage. Photos must be submitted to info@indigocreations.com within 7 days of delivery.

You may exchange your candle for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
