Sip & Pour Summer Luau Candle Making Workshop @ Tasting DeVine Cellar

What better way to embrace those vacation vibes than with a summer luau workshop? Come unwind with an Indigo Creations wax and wine workshop on August 3!  

Learn about the art and science of candlemaking as you craft your own handcrafted pet and eco-friendly candle! Choose from our selection of summery and  seasonal scents to mix and pour in a classic tumbler jar with a natural cotton wick! Feeling extra creative? Lean into the essence of summer by adding optional tropical and themed wax embeds! You'll get a unique hands-on experience, and a clean burning candle to take home after the workshop. Keep it for yourself, or gift it to a loved one!

While you craft, enjoy the cozy atmosphere of Tasting deVine Cellars and enjoy a refreshing wine or bourbon slushie or your choice of locally made wine! These delicious artisan wines are made right here in Illinois and are the perfect pairing for your candle pour experience. 

Complimentary savory and sweet snacks are also provided during the workshop. This wax and wine workshop is a perfect creative activity to share with a friend or partner while staying cool indoors!

Each ticket includes:

• Step by step candlemaking instruction by Tracey from Indigo Creations. Select your favorite seasonal scent from our collection, choose your favorite candle tin, customize your label, and mix and pour your own handcrafted candle with this hands on experience. You will learn about the science, materials, and techniques of candlemaking in the process!

• All materials needed to make your candle, ready to take home at the end of the workshop!

• Complimentary snacks. Partake in a selection of snacks and sweets while you craft!

• A wine/bourbon slushie or glass of artisan wine from our friends at Tasting deVine. Enjoy your choice of beverage made right here in Illinois -- our treat! Additional drinks and snacks are available to order separately.

The $49 ticket fee covers the full Wax & Wine workshop experience for one person, including candlemaking materials, instruction, wine slushie or glass, and compliementary snacks. 

This exciting workshop sells out quickly! Be sure to sign up before our limited seats are gone! If your party has purchased tickets separately, let us know if you would like to be seated together and we will do our best to accommodate.
