Mother's Day Rosé Charcuterie & Candlemaking Workshop with Indigo Creations & That Board

Celebrate Mother's Day early, or just welcome the warmer weather by enjoying some wine with friends! Come get your creativity flowing and learn new skills with this fun winery candlemaking and charcuterie workshop on May 3rd. 

Learn about the art and science of candlemaking as you craft your own handcrafted pet and eco-friendly candle! Choose from our selection of themed and seasonal scents to mix and pour your own 8 ounce candle in a reusable clear wine glass tumbler! You'll get a unique hands-on experience, and a clean burning candle to take home after the workshop. Keep it for yourself, or gift it to a loved one!

While your candle sets, Tess from That Board will walk your through creating a beautiful wine glass charcuterie with seasonal ingredients. Learn arrangement and pairing skills that will impress your friends and family while creating your own unique charcuterie creation. Your glass-cuterie will include a delicious selection of cheeses, meats, nuts,  and other seasonal ingredients, and the glass is yours to keep and take home!

While you craft, soak in the cozy atmosphere of Tasting deVine Cellars and enjoy a glass of locally made sparkling rosé or your choice of artisan wine! These delicious artisan wines are made right here in Illinois and are the perfect pairing for your candle and charcuterie experience. Optionally, add on an extra individual or sharing box of charcuterie to enjoy while you craft!

There will also be a raffle prize during the workshop for a fun summer ready gift set from Indigo Creations!

Each ticket includes:

• Step by step candlemaking instruction by Tracey from Indigo Creations. Select your favorite themed scent from our collection, customize your label, and mix and pour your own clean-burning soy candle with this hands on experience. You will learn about the science, materials, and techniques of candlemaking in the process! The candle tumbler can be washed and reused as a wine glass!
• Step by step charcuterie instruction by Tess from That Board. Build your own delicious seasonal charcuterie wine glass filled with quality meats, cheeses, and other tasty accompaniments! You will learn about ingredient combinations, arrangement, and flavor pairings. The glass is yours to keep!
• All materials and ingredients needed to make your creations.
• A glass of artisan wine from our friends at Tasting deVine. Enjoy your choice of artisan wines made right here in Illinois -- our treat! Additional wine and snacks are available to order seperately. 
• Indigo Creations Pop-Up Shop discount. Complete your perfect gift with savings on handcrafted, locally made home and body products.

The $75 ticket fee covers the materials for one person to make one candle and one wine glass charcuterie, and to enjoy a glass of wine. You can also add on an optional individual or sharing charcuterie box to enjoy while you craft!
